Because it’s PC version. And i don’t think this game will support Mixed Local & Online play. If you would like to play with 3-4 players , Online is your option.

My wife and I have been looking for a co-op game that would support us playing together locally (as P1 and P2) while also playing with my brothers (P3, P4) online. Games like Rocket League and Borderlands are good examples. It’s difficult to find this information for most games just searching online because it will most likely say “Yes, the game supports local and online co-op” without elaborating on if it’s at the same time or not.
