"Multiplayer is on the roadmap. It's a huge task and we need to make Plasma rock solid before diving into such a difficult endeavor. In the meanwhile though, we'll provide other types of "multiplayer" systems in the game, so that players will be able to build devices that can communicate synchronously and asynchronously on different players' games (for example, someone could build a device to send and receive text messages over the internet)." - patrick [Developer]
