"Desert Skies started as a cooperative game. We began with the thought that it would be cool fly together through a bleak desert, building up our airship, surviving and exploring locations as a team. Early versions had multiplayer but we eventually shelved it to focus on getting the core experience working, and then the Unity multiplayer feature we were using was deprecated.
After update EA.1.15 we began looking at multiplayer in depth and it is progressing rapidly. We have rebuilt our core interactions and inventory systems to support multiplayer, and we are now working on upgrading our other systems.
