Why don’t you read the post which you download the mod. Saty already explain everything there.
How to install
– Unpack content into SlimeRancher Folder
– Run UnityInjector.exe (Only need to do this once)
– Start the game

And this mod is WIP. No slime sync at all. It’s ;ike you play in seperate game that you have same farm , see your friend avatar but you can’t catch the slimes together.
